Kinds of licenses

§ 60. Kinds of licenses. The following kinds of licenses may be issued\nfor the manufacture and sale of liquor, alcohol and spirits, to wit:\n  1. Distiller's license, class A.\n  1-a. Distiller's license, class A-1.\n  2. Distiller's license, class B.\n  2-a. Distiller's license, class C.\n  2-b. Distiller's license, class B-1.\n  2-c. Distiller's license, class D.\n  3. Wholesaler's license.\n  4. Seven day license to sell liquor at retail for consumption off the\npremises subject to paragraph (a) of subdivision fourteen of section one\nhundred five of this chapter.\n  5. License to sell liquor at retail for consumption on the premises.\n  6. Special license to sell liquor at retail for consumption on the\npremises\n
