§ 33. Authorization for sale of mead and braggot by wholesale\nlicensees. 1. Each wholesale licensee authorized to sell beer under this\nchapter shall have the right, by virtue of its license and without being\nrequired to pay any additional fee for the privilege, to sell at\nwholesale:\n (a) braggot purchased from a person licensed to produce braggot under\nthis chapter. Such braggot shall be subject to the provisions of this\nchapter regarding the tasting and sale of beer at wholesale and retail;\nor\n (b) mead purchased from a person licensed to produce mead and which\nhas not been designated as wine pursuant to subdivision nineteen-a of\nsection three of this chapter. Such mead shall be subject to the\nprovisions of this chapter regarding the tasting and sale of beer at\nwholesale and retail.\n 2. Each wholesale licensee authorized to sell wine under this chapter\nshall have the right, by virtue or its license and without being\nrequired to pay any additional fee for the privilege, to sell at\nwholesale mead purchased from a person licensed to produce mead and\nwhich has been designated as wine pursuant to subdivision nineteen-a of\nsection three of this chapter. Such mead shall be subject to the\nprovisions of this chapter regarding the tasting and sale or wine at\nwholesale and retail.\n
