§ 124. Liquor authority to be necessary party to certain proceedings.\nThe state liquor authority shall be made a party to all actions and\nproceedings affecting in any manner the submission of the local option\nquestions provided for in this chapter, or the result of any vote\nthereupon; to all actions and proceedings relative to issuance or\nrevocation of licenses or permits; to all injunction proceedings, and to\nall other civil actions or proceedings which in any manner affect the\nenjoyment of the privileges or the operation of the restrictions\nprovided for in this chapter.\n
