As used in the Department of Environment Act: A. "board" means the environmental improvement board; B. "department" means the department of environment created under the Department of Environment Act; and C. "secretary" means the secretary of environment. History: Laws 1991, ch. 25, § 2. Emergency clauses. — Laws 1991, ch. 25, § 38 contained an emergency clause and was approved March 29, 1991.
