Sections 1 through 12 [9-7A-1 to 9-7A-12 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Department of Environment Act". History: Laws 1991, ch. 25, § 1. Emergency clauses. — Laws 1991, ch. 25, § 38 contained an emergency clause and was approved March 29, 1991.
