The "Fort Stanton development fund" is created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of all gifts, donations and bequests of money to the Fort Stanton development commission as well as any appropriations made to the commission. Earnings from the investment of the fund shall be credited to the fund. Expenditure from the fund shall be made only for the purposes for which the commission was created pursuant to vouchers signed by the chairman of the commission on warrants issued by the secretary of finance and administration. History: Laws 2003, ch. 126, § 3. Effective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 126, contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 20, 2003, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
