As used in the Cultural Affairs Department Act: A. "department" means the cultural affairs department; and B. "secretary" means the secretary of cultural affairs. History: Laws 2004, ch. 25, § 3. Effective dates. — Laws 2004, ch. 25 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 19, 2004, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
