Sections 1 through 6 [9-28-1 to 9-28-6 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Homeland Security and Emergency Management Department Act". History: Laws 2007, ch. 291, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2007, ch. 291, § 37 made the Homeland Security and Emergency Management Department Act effective July 1, 2007.
