Chapter 9, Article 27 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Department of Information Technology Act". History: Laws 2007, ch. 290, § 1; 2008, ch. 84, § 1. The 2008 amendment, effective May 14, 2008, added the statutory reference to the act.
