The purpose of the Workforce Solutions Department Act is to establish a single, unified department to administer all laws and exercise all functions formerly administered and exercised by the labor department and the office of workforce development. History: Laws 2007, ch. 200, § 2. Effective dates. — Laws 2007, ch. 200, § 25 made the Workforce Solutions Department Act effective July 1, 2007.
