Chapter 9, Article 24 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Public Education Department Act". History: Laws 2004, ch. 27, § 1; 2005, ch. 286, § 1. The 2005 amendment, effective June 17, 2005, added the statutory reference to the act.
