Chapter 9, Article 23 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Aging and Long-Term Services Department Act". History: Laws 2004, ch. 23, § 1; 2024, ch. 16, § 1. The 2024 amendment, effective February 28, 2024, changed "Sections 1 through 11 of this act" to "Chapter 9, Article 23 NMSA 1978".
