The authority shall submit a report of its activities to the governor and to the appropriate interim committees of the legislature not later than October 1 of each year. History: Laws 2017, ch. 134, § 8. Effective dates. — Laws 2017, ch. 134 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 16, 2017, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
