A. The executive director shall, in consultation with the board of directors, direct the affairs and business of the authority. B. The authority may contract with any other competent private or public organization or individual to assist in the fulfillment of its duties. History: Laws 2017, ch. 134, § 6. Effective dates. — Laws 2017, ch. 134 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 16, 2017, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
