As used in the Tourism Department Act: A. "commission" means the tourism commission; B. "department" means the tourism department; and C. "secretary" means the secretary of tourism. History: Laws 1991, ch. 21, § 2; 1993, ch. 101, § 7. The 1993 amendment, effective June 18, 1993, deleted "economic development and" preceding "tourism" in Subsection A.
