Chapter 9, Article 15A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Tourism Department Act". History: Laws 1991, ch. 21, § 1; 1993, ch. 101, § 6. The 1993 amendment, effective June 18, 1993, substituted "Chapter 9, Article 15A NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 7 of this act".
