The purpose of the office of enterprise development shall be to provide information and assistance to businesses wishing to relocate to New Mexico or to expand within New Mexico by providing a centralized information service and assistance center. History: Laws 1989, ch. 205, § 2. Effective dates. — Laws 1989, ch. 205 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 16, 1989, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
