A. The administrative services division of the department shall provide administrative services to the department, including: (1) keeping all official records of the department; (2) providing personnel administration, financial management, procurement and budget preparation services; and (3) providing clerical, record-keeping and administrative support to agencies administratively attached to the department. B. The division shall, in addition to its other duties, administer programs and grants that have been assigned generally to the department by the governor or the commission or by statute. The 1995 amendment, effective July 1, 1995, deleted Subsection C and made a minor stylistic change in Subsection B. The 1991 amendment, effective March 27, 1991, added Subsection C.
