The provisions of the Criminal Offender Employment Act shall govern any consideration of criminal records required or permitted by Sections 77-17-7 through 77-17-14 NMSA 1978. History: 1953 Comp., § 47-20-3.1, enacted by Laws 1974, ch. 78, § 8; 2013, ch. 84, § 1. The 2013 amendment, effective June 14, 2013, limited the scope of this section; and after "Sections", deleted "47-20-1 through 47-20-13 NMSA 1953" and added "77-17-7 through 77-17-14 NMSA 1978.
