Chapter 76, Article 6A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Cotton Boll Weevil Control Act". History: Laws 1996, ch. 77, § 1; 1997, ch. 57, § 1. The 1997 amendment, effective June 20, 1997, substituted "Chapter 76, Article 6A NMSA 1978" for "This act".
