All moneys received by the department under the provisions of the Pesticide Control Act shall be expended for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Pesticide Control Act. History: 1953 Comp., § 45-25-39, enacted by Laws 1973, ch. 366, § 39. Severability. — Laws 1973, ch. 366, § 43, provided for the severability of the act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
