Repeals. — Laws 2001, ch. 23, § 2, and Laws 2001, ch. 36, § 2 repealed 76-23-1 through 76-23-9 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1994, ch. 33, §§ 1 to 9, relating to the New Mexico apple commission, effective June 15, 2001. For provisions of former sections, see the 2000 NMSA 1978 on NMOneSource.com .
