All money received by the New Mexico department of agriculture pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Production Act, including assessments, fees, appropriations, gifts, grants and donations, shall be expended only for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of that act. History: Laws 2011, ch. 29, § 4. Effective dates. — Laws 2011, ch. 29, § 8 made the Organic Production Act effective July 1, 2011.
