This act [76-21A-1 to 76-21A-5 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Organic Production Act". History: Laws 2011, ch. 29, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2011, ch. 29, § 8 made the Organic Production Act effective July 1, 2011.
