A. Within sixty days after the petition has been filed with the director and upon payment of the cost estimate, the director shall cause notices to be given of the proposed hearings in areas of the state where the commodity is grown in economic quantities. B. The notices of hearing shall be published at least fourteen days prior to the date of hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the state. History: Laws 1983, ch. 231, § 5.
