Chapter 76, Article 11 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "New Mexico Fertilizer Act". History: 1953 Comp., § 45-13-11, enacted by Laws 1963, ch. 184, § 1; 1975, ch. 181, § 1; 2013, ch. 112, § 1. The 2013 amendment, effective June 14, 2013, added the NMSA chapter and article for the New Mexico Fertilizer Act; and deleted "Article 13 of Chapter 45, NMSA 1978" and added "Chapter 76, Article 11 NMSA 1978".
