Sections 1 through 6 [75-9-1 to 75-9-6 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Land Conservation Incentives Act". History: Laws 2003, ch. 331, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 331, § 9 makes the act effective on January 1, 2004.
