The department and the committee shall report annually to the governor and the legislature on the status of applications and funded conservation projects. History: Laws 2010, ch. 83, § 9. Effective dates. — Laws 2010, ch. 83 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 19, 2010, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
