After approval of the plan, the board shall review the initial solid waste regulations adopted under Section 8 [74-9-8 NMSA 1978] of the Solid Waste Act and make any modifications necessary to make the regulations consistent with the plan. History: Laws 1990, ch. 99, § 9.
