Repeals. — Laws 1993, ch. 298, § 5 repealed 74-6B-11 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1990, ch. 124, § 11, providing an incentive program to encourage early detection, reporting and clean up of releases from underground storage tanks, effective April 7, 1993.
