Chapter 74, Article 6B NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Ground Water Protection Act". History: Laws 1990, ch. 124, § 1; 1992, ch. 64, § 1. The 1992 amendment, effective March 9, 1992, substituted "Chapter 74, Article 6B NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 11 of this act".
