Repeals. — Laws 1991, ch. 172, § 14 repealed 74-6A-5 and 74-6A-6 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1986, ch. 72, §§ 5 and 6, relating to loan program, duties of division and commission and financial assistance criteria, effective April 4, 1991.
