Chapter 74, Article 4E NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Hazardous Chemicals Information Act". History: Laws 1989, ch. 149, § 1; 2007, ch. 291, § 32. The 2007 amendment, effective July 1, 2007, changed the statutory reference to the act.
