The board of regents of the New Mexico institute of mining and technology shall establish a "water data account" to receive appropriations from the legislature and gifts, grants or donations for the bureau of geology and mineral resources to carry out the purposes of the Water Data Act. History: Laws 2019, ch. 147, § 4. Effective dates. Laws 2019, ch. 147 contained no effective date provision, but pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 2019, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
