The authority is authorized to defray the cost of any services, supplies, equipment or other materials furnished to or for the benefit of the authority by the issuance of warrants to evidence the amount due therefor, without an election, in anticipation of taxes or other revenues, or both. History: Laws 2007, ch. 99, § 42 Emergency clauses. — Laws 2007, ch. 99, § 104 contained an emergency clause and was approved March 30, 2007.
