Chapter 72, Article 20 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Eastern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Act". History: Laws 2007, ch. 99, § 1; 2011, ch. 100, § 1. The 2011 amendment, effective April 6, 2011, changed the statutory reference to the act.
