The action and decision of the board as to all matters passed upon by it in relation to any action, matter or thing provided in the Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Act shall be final and conclusive unless arbitrary, capricious or fraudulent. History: Laws 1990, ch. 14, § 3.
