This act [71-8-1 to 71-8-8 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Sustainable Development Testing Site Act". History: Laws 2007, ch. 34, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2007, ch. 34, § 9 makes the act effective July 1, 2007.
