This act [71-7-1 to 71-7-7 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Advanced Energy Technologies Economic Development Act". History: Laws 2004, ch. 55, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2004, ch. 55 contains no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, is effective May 19, 2004, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
