Repeals. — Laws 2016, ch. 71, § 14 and Laws 2016, ch. 78, § 14 repealed 71-5-17.5 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1979, ch. 326, § 5, relating to additional powers of commission or division, hearings before examiner, hearings de novo, effective July 1, 2016.
