Chapter 7, Article 9I NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Affordable Housing Tax Credit Act". History: Laws 2005, ch. 104, § 17; 2010, ch. 17, § 1. The 2010 amendment, effective July 1, 2010, deleted "Sections 17 though 22 of this act" and added "Chapter 7, Article 9I NMSA 1978".
