Chapter 7, Article 8A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Uniform Unclaimed Property Act (1995)". History: Laws 1997, ch. 25, § 30; 2006, ch. 37, § 4. The 2006 amendment, effective July 1, 2006, provided that the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act includes sections compiled within Chapter 7, Article 8A NMSA 1978.
