ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1997, ch. 124, § 3 repealed 7-38-64 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1973, ch. 258, § 104, relating to the authority of the department to sell personal property for delinquent taxes, effective June 20, 1997.
