The county treasurer may release all or part of the personal property seized if he determines that the release will facilitate the collection of the delinquent taxes. However, the release does not prevent the assertion of any subsequent claim against the property owner's personal property. History: 1953 Comp., § 72-31-56, enacted by Laws 1973, ch. 258, § 96.
