ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1989, ch. 130, § 14 repealed 7-29-4.5 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1980, ch. 97, § 3, relating to method of determining taxable value on carbon dioxide, effective June 16, 1989.
