ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1999 (1st S.S.), ch. 6, § 20 repealed 7-27-11.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1985 (1st S.S.), ch. 15, § 15, relating to declaration of legislative intent in enacting 7-27-11 NMSA 1978, effective July 1, 1999.
