ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1993, ch. 354, § 19D repealed 7-20B-1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1990, ch. 99, § 56, relating to the short title of the County Environmental Services Gross Receipts Tax Act, effective July 1, 1993.
