ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1990, ch. 49, § 18 repealed 7-2-6 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 300, § 1, relating to exemptions for annuities paid to retired judges of the district court, court of appeals judges, and supreme court justices, effective May 16, 1990.
