ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1998, ch. 95, § 5, effective January 1, 1998, and Laws 1998, ch. 99, § 3, effective May 20, 1998, both repealed 7-2-18.3 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1994, ch. 5, § 17. relating to credit for prescription drugs effective for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 1999.
