ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1986, ch. 20, § 136E repealed 7-19A-3 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1984, ch. 3, § 3, relating to special municipal gross receipts tax, authority to impose, ordinance requirements, effective July 1, 1996.
